Free Wi-Fi is available at five locations within watergardens town centre:

To connect, ensure Wi-Fi on your device is enabled and select the available network profile “Watergardens Town Centre Free Wi-Fi”. Open your Internet browser and follow the prompts.

Kidsafe ID Wristbands Now Available

Watergardens has FREE Kidsafe ID Wristbands that can be collected from the Customer Service Desk. The wristbands are bright, tough and waterproof. They allow parents/guardians to complete their details on the back to ensure a quick reunion between parent and child while at the Centre should you get separated.

Gift Cards

Purchase the gift of choice with a Watergardens Town Centre gift card. Available in denominations from $20 to $500. Watergardens Gift Cards are redeemable at participating Centre retailers*, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.

Please Note: Watergardens Town Centre gift cards can be redeemed at over 200 stores including Big W, Woolworths, Dick Smith,Dan Murphy, Hoyts Cinemas, The Good Guys, Spotlight, Harvey Norman, JB Hi Fi, Rebel Sport, AMF Bowling & all station streat restaurants.

Parents Rooms

For parents or guardians shopping with children, our well-equipped parents rooms provide a clean and private area where the whole family is welcome. We provide leather armchair seating for nursing mothers, padded change tables and private feeding areas. Watergardens has three sets of parents facilities conveniently located beside Coles, the Foodcourt and near Big W for your convenience.

There is also a microwave service is provided at the Customer Service Desk for mothers to warm up baby food and formula.

If you need to find your way around the centre, simply use our electronic Wayfinder Directories located at the entrances in the centre. If you need further assistance feel free to visit the Customer Service Desk, and speak with our friendly staff who will point you in the right direction.

Local Newspapers

All local newspapers are available from the Customer Service Desk, including The Advocate, The Star and

Brimbank Leader weekly.

Lost and Found Service

If you need to locate or have found a lost item, kindly contact our Customer Service Staff on (03) 9361 5555 or visit the Customer Service Desk during centre hours.

Transport information

Bus timetables can be collected at the Customer Service Desk for buses that run daily to and from Watergardens Town Centre. For any transport information, call one of our friendly customer service staff (03) 9361 5555.

Complimentary Wheelchair,Scooter and Pram Hire

If you require a wheelchair, electric scooter or stroller, then let us help you. We offer complimentary use of this equipment to make your visit a relaxed and comfortable one. To book any of this free equipment, please phone the Customer Service Centre on (03) 9361 5555.

For your convenience, bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance. Upon arrival in the centre, simply visit the Customer Service Centre and provide proof of identity to collect your wheelchair or stroller.

We also have Kiddie Trolley Cars which are a great idea for entertaining and transporting the kids while you do the shopping. Please be aware charges apply.

Dedicated parking spots for people with disabilities are located throughout the centre entrances, supercentres and the underground car park for your convenience.
