Amanda from Sydenham is our 2010 Watergardens Chef!
Our final four contestants have spent the past six weeks perfecting their signature dish as they competed in the final heat on Thursday 22nd July. The four cooks were chosen from our top 12 aspiring cooks to compete in the finals however sydenham resident and cake decorator Amanda created a stir in the Watergardens Kitchen with her Meze Plate and wowed the judges!
Amanda's tactic behind the Meze Plate for the Final Cook-off was to give her the opportunity to demonstrate a number of different recipes in a style similar to the Spanish tapas style of eating to our judges.
You will be able to meet Amanda our 2010 Watergardens Chef, presenting weekly demonstrations in our Watergardens Kitchen.
